Help show kids anything is possible
When Jacob outgrew his wheelchair he had no choice but to put an ad in the local paper asking for help. Jacob like every kid with Cerebral Palsy, just wanted to be able to move around his house and “be seen as a better person”.
Local superheroes KidzWish answered and provided Jacob with a new motorised wheelchair. “From where I was, to where I am now, is a miracle” said Jacob.
Each year the Superhero Walk fundraises for the real superheroes. In 2016 we’re committed to raising $10,000 for the KidzWish Appeals Program which provides wheelchairs, standing frames and vital medications for kids in the Illawarra.
